Vince at Manifold put this excellent compilation of rare and unreleased tracks out. In addition to the regular CD, a 100 copy special edition was made. From the website: "The Manifold Limited Editions club has a 100 copy limited edition that contains a t-shirt, an extra cd of rare material, a Lull book/zine: The Slow Fall Inward, vinyl stickers, free standing vinyl letters, postcards and assorted memorabilia. All contained in an embroidered black canvas slipcover affixed with chain and padlock." Also note that the tracks originally on the series of 7"-ers that Aquese released are NOT included here as Aquese indicated at some point they wanted to do a CD compilation of said tracks.
